For businesses and organisations public & private, large and small who want to get a grip on tackling workplace bullying C:HAT Ltd has developed a programme using an accelerated learning process which is attracting much attention and is designed to tackle the issues involved head on!
The programme is a five to six hour "learnshop" which provides every opportunity for wide ranging contributions and sharing of information and experiences from delegates in a clever way that never puts anyone "on the spot". The learnshop is a mix of group and syndicate work. All delegates will receive a complete record of the event which will contain the above personal survival aids as well as certification of completion. Having an ethos of not tolerating bullying at school does not prevent it from pentrating into other areas of life.
With the suggestion that young people and anti-social behaviour is becoming on the increase, this twelve week project has been developed.
Designed by a group of twelve young people, aged 13- 17 years and delivered by three of the group. Tried and tested, this learnshop is truly inspiring for those wishing to work with young people to successfully tackle street bullying and consequently anti social behaviour; a real alternative to ASBO’s.

We want a reduction in bullying in schools, to get pupils to recognise bullying, understand why it happens, know how to handle it, know what to do and know what not to do.
Encounter and learn a new way of expression, help pupils reasoning abilities, understand some aspects of citizenship, help working collectively in groups, encourage individual reasoning, help with word selection, encourage individual presentation abilities, help with public speaking and introduce aspects of democracy to group working.
